In 2006 Pacesetter Construction was contacted by Gulf Oil to design and build a new 3,800sf 2 story terminal at their 500 Waterfront street location.
Pacesetters scope of work was as follows:
- Foundation & Floor slab
- New Butler building
- Full interior fitout
- All HVAC and plumbing work.
