Free consultation – At Pacesetter Construction, we start with you. This meeting is our first step in getting to know you and what your needs are. It is also a great time for you to get to know us and how we can serve you.
Determine scope of work – Once you hire us, we create the scope of work based on meeting your goals.
Create plans – Our next step is to create the plans, or we can use your existing plans.
Determine project cost – Our goal is to reduce incidental costs and uncertainty. We include all extras in a comprehensive price from the start.
Obtain construction approvals – We apply for necessary permits and approvals.
Construction begins – Once we have all construction approvals, construction can begin.
